For PB Performance, a new gym entering a competitive fitness market, I developed the logo and core visual identity. The work focused on capturing the brand’s energy, strength, and community spirit in a symbol that would serve across signage, merchandise, and digital platforms. This identity helped PB Performance establish a recognisable presence from launch and communicate its ethos clearly to its audience.
PB Performance needed an identity that could clearly express its values of motivation, strength, and connection. My role was to lead the logo creation process from concept through refinement, ensuring the visual mark resonated with the founders’ vision and the gym’s audience.
I began by meeting with the founders to understand their goals and the atmosphere they wanted to create. With that insight, I explored logo concepts that suggested movement and power, using strong typography and symbolic forms that aligned with fitness culture. Through iteration and feedback from the team and a small group of enthusiasts, I refined the design to better reflect the gym’s identity and appeal to its core demographic.
The final logo was applied across business cards, signage, merchandise, and online platforms, helping PB Performance present a cohesive and memorable identity. The design played a central role in the gym’s launch, strengthening recognition within the community and supporting its position in a crowded market.
